Born in 1986 in South Korea. Studied story manga at Kyoto Seika University and earned a doctoral degree in Arts (Manga) at its graduate school in 2014 Kyoto Seika University. Currently, she is a researcher at International Manga Research Center of Kyoto Seika University. Main research themes are visual expression of manga and manga for women.
